Natalie Loi is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BCACC, offering over a decade of experience supporting youth, young adults, and individuals across a range of academic, healthcare, and community settings. Her approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative—anchored in the belief that meaningful healing happens within relationships where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
Natalie has worked extensively in both secondary and post-secondary institutions, as well as in health authority settings, where she’s supported individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, identity development, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. Her work in healthcare has allowed her to provide trauma-informed care using evidence-based modalities like CBT and mindfulness in fast-paced primary care environments.
Clients appreciate Natalie’s calm and compassionate presence. She brings deep respect for each person’s lived experience, tailoring her work to the individual’s unique cultural identity, values, and strengths. Drawing on her background in education, psychology, and advising, she helps clients build self-awareness, develop emotional resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Natalie currently offers individual counselling to youth aged 15 and older—whether they’re navigating school pressures, emerging adulthood, career stress, or deeper emotional struggles, as well as adults that are dealing with anxiety, trauma, and other stress related challenges. Her sessions are a safe space to explore what’s hard, reconnect with your inner strengths, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable.
Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, Natalie helps clients build emotional insight, strengthen coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward change. Her work is paced with care, allowing space to explore anxiety, life transitions, relationship dynamics, or academic and career-related stress in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Natalie believes that lasting growth happens when clients feel empowered to reconnect with their inner resilience and move forward at a rhythm that feels right for them.
