ABOUT Natalie
Natalie Loi, M.A., is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works with adults and youth (15+) in Vancouver, Coquitlam, and virtually across BC. She offers a calm, compassionate space to help clients navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship changes, and career challenges.
With over a decade of experience, Natalie has guided individuals through life’s most challenging and transformative moments. She is known for her warm, approachable presence that creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. Combining compassion with practical strategies, she helps clients build resilience, gain clarity, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
THERAPEUTIC APPROACH:
Natalie’s counselling is trauma-informed and rooted in an attachment lens, prioritizing trust, safety, and authentic connection. She draws on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients identify their goals, build coping strategies, and foster personal growth.
Her approach is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to each person’s pace and needs. Many of her clients come to her during times of transition — whether it’s starting a new career, navigating the end of a relationship, or adjusting to a new stage of life — and leave with greater confidence, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of direction.
